What InvoWav is

InvoWav is a billing desk: you create invoices and service contracts, collect e-signatures, share pay links, and track money, expenses, and tax estimates for your own business. Your account is yours; you're responsible for what you bill and how you use the documents this tool produces.

Payments

InvoWav never holds, transmits, or processes funds. Payment buttons open checkout links you configure with your own payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, Square, or any other). Your agreement for processing money is with that processor, not with InvoWav.

Estimates, not advice

Tax figures shown anywhere in InvoWav are estimates for planning. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Contract templates are starting points, not legal counsel. Talk to a professional before relying on either.

Your data, your responsibility, our care

You own your data and can export or delete it any time from Settings, under Your data. We work hard to keep the service available and your records intact.

No warranty & limitation of liability

InvoWav is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeMeLitFX LLC and InvoWav are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the service, including any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Keep your own backups

No software is immune to data loss. You are responsible for keeping your own backupsof anything important — invoices, contracts, signed agreements, client records, and financial data — stored somewhere outside InvoWav. Use the export in Settings, under Your data, regularly; don't rely on InvoWav as your only copy.

Fair use

Don't use InvoWav for fraud, spam, or unlawful billing, and don't attempt to access other accounts' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

These terms may change as the product grows; meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
